In a major change of policy the Mexican Supreme Court ruling in a case about immigrant workers held that the International Convention on the Protection of Immigrant Workers is above Mexican Law
The Supreme Court determined that the International Convention about the Protection of the Immigrant Workers Mexico is adjusting their thinking to the international standard about the way immigrants should be treated. What the standard lacks is a clear statement that responsible people should have the right to live where they choose.
