March 31st is the birthday of Cesar Chavez

and it is a holiday in California.

Eventually it will be a holiday throughout the nation.

This is a good day to think about how best to help all of the poorest people in the world.

At Radical Immigration we think it is by allowing them to move to where the opportunities are.

On the 17th of August, 1929 in Thousand Oaks, California, the Bank of America sold to Henrietta Atherton a piece of real property.
