The UN Declaration of Human Rights was signed on December 10 1948.  Read the full text here.   It is a remarkable document in that it holds up a very high standard for nations.  However what it doesn't say about immigration speaks volumes about the problems confronting Radical Immigration. 

This is what it says about immigration: "Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country."  (article 13 #2)
